How long does it take for a design to be completed?

The timescale of a project is generally dictated by the client. If you have a deadline in mind we will endeavour to meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation of a site is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client.

I would like you to design my site, what do I need to do now/what is the process?

If you would like to use our services all you need to do is inform us the specification of your website and send us a brief idea of your requirements  then based on your guidance then we will design a unique custom web page for you.

This is then refined/changed in consultation with the client until a satisfactory design has been reached. We will then need you to forward content and images for your site and start to design the website for you.

Do I need to buy a domain name and hosting?

If you want us to get a domain for you. We will do everything but if you  already have domain name and hosting you just need to give us the information of your hosting we will upload each and everything and will make sure that every thing is running perfect.

What is the guarantee of quality?

We ensure that our designers provide the highest quality web site design work. If you are not satisfied, we revise until the time the work we create is satisfactory.

What technology do your developers use?

Our developers are expert in website development and capable of developing web sites compatible with ASP, .Net, (Content Management System) CMS,  PHP and Java Scripting, etc.

What about Databases?

Our developer's work with SQL Server, MySQL to create e-commerce capability.

What would be the payment schedule?

If your are looking for a fully functional website which is not included in our website design packages. We generally ask for a 25% deposit in advance and ask you the specifications of the design. Then we start working on your website design we will send you different mockups for your website. After the finalization of the design of your website we will ask 25% again, then we will start coding/programming your website. After the coding of your website we will upload your website to our server. You will see your website fully functional when your website will be done according to your requirments. We will ask the remaining 50% then will upload your website to your server.

What is ftp?

FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is a method of transferring files (web pages for example) from your local PC to your web server. There are a variety of free ftp software programs available on the Internet and they enable you to update your website pages at any given time. When a hosting package is purchased 'ftp details', consisting of the host name, User ID and password are sent to us. Upon completion of the website and receipt of payment for any work carried out, we then send these details to the client.

How do I get listed in Google and other major search engines?

We submit all websites we design to Google, Yahoo! and other Major Search Engines.

Can we do our own updates?

Yes, if you think that there will be lost of updating, it may be in your best interest (price-wise) to manage your updates in-house. Should you not want the added tasks, let us know and we'll set up a schedule to do the updates for you.
